The company

Plåtkonsult Rolf Svensson AB is one of Sweden’s leading specialist companies in the field of roof and façade systems. Operations are led from our offices in Stockholm.

Our expertise spans all core areas of roof and façade technology – new builds and renovations alike. Partnering our specialist technical know-how, we have a thorough understanding of construction inspections, project and construction management, project planning, risk analyses and materials science. In other words, we can provide all the solutions you need when it comes to roofs and façades.

Founded 8 February 1967, Plåtkonsult Rolf Svensson AB is a family company that is now run by the son, Ola. Both in Sweden and abroad, Ola has long been active in sheet metal working and roofing.

Project management

Our normal role here is to serve as an independent reinforcement of the customer’s own organisation. The prime objective is that the customer should know the project is punctually meeting specified requirements and goals at the right cost and with the right quality.
# At the planning stage, besides programme and quality issues, we also take care of implementation plans, studies, cost assessments and procurement questions.

# Prior to implementation, we assist in procurements and construction preparations such as schedules and set-up and investment plans. We also determine how the on-site realisation and coordination of construction plans is to be effected.

# During implementation, we ensure that the technical realisation of plans takes place within the economic, environmental, functional, quality and time frames set by the customer.

Inspections
